Wolverine Racing proudly race at the Barona Speedway, San Diego's only semi banked 1/4 mile of clay (dirt) oval track. This is our first year on the dirt track and we're looking forward to a season of fun!
The dirt track features a wide variety of races and include Sprint Cars, Dwarfs, Modifieds, Pony and Street Stocks. Racing happens every other Saturday, twice a month. And when racing on dirt, you're promised an exciting time!
The Speedway's gates open at 2:30 p.m. with the racing beginning at 6:30 p.m.
There is a concession stand for your convenience, onsite camping is allowed (no utilities) and the Barona Casino & Resort offers hotel rooms. But, you'll want to make a reservation well in advance, as they are often booked.
The Barona Speedway is just off Wildcat Canyon Rd., 4.8 miles North of the Barona Casino. We have provided a map below for your convenience.
Be sure to check the schedule for dates, and special event information! Especially before you make the trip up, as it is a 2 lane, winding road with lots of traffic. Otherwise, it is a lovely drive through some rustic San Diego scenery.
